Feature Requests

At the moment, the Package Purchase Confirmation client notification message is triggered only when a client purchases a package through its direct link or through the Package Purchasing Portal. It is not triggered when a client purchases the package in self-booking. This request is to be able to configure package purchase confirmations such that they also trigger for packages that are selected and paid for through the self-booking process. This would help ensure clients purchasing the package receive any necessary instructions upon purchase, even if that purchase is made in self-booking.

Clients often enter the lot expiry or the date given. "Next due" may clarify when their vaccines are to be given next

Currently manually scheduled blocked times are scheduled one at a time. This request is to add the option of recurring scheduling to blocked time scheduling (similar to how recurring bookings are scheduled).

I would love to be able to set a minimum class size, so that anyone under that number essentially is wait listed until the minimum is met.

This request is to be able to setup journeys through email campaigns such that clients joining the segment assigned to the campaign will receive multiple different messages at different times. i.e. Client joins the segment and receives a message right away. 1 week later they receive another message with different information. A week later they receive their third message, onwards until the end of the journey.

At the moment boarding services all have their prices set as a nightly rate. For fixed duration services that means users need to calculate a nightly rate even if they are charging a fixed rate for their fixed duration service. This can result in some challenging pricing setups especially if the number of nights does not divide evenly into their price. i.e. Very common for facilities to offer a 2 week B&T service. This means 13 nights, which does not often divide nicely into a set price.

This request is for expanded reporting options including: Campaign analytics (information such as how many emails were delivered, opened, clicked on, etc.) Abandoned booking or purchase attempts (dates, names, emails, service or product in cart etc.) Expiration dates for credits listed in Credits Report Report on credits that have expired Revenue by provider, fill rates by provider, and retention reporting overall and by provider

At this time, the per registration pet limit prevents clients from choosing more than a set number of pets during a single self-booking flow. It does not prevent them from going back through self-booking again after to book more pets in. This request is to be able to use the per registration limit to prevent clients from going back in and booking more of their pets for the same group booking if they already have the max number registered.

It would be great if there was a small symbol or color change that could happen on the training calendar to show if an invoice is currently open or if it has been paid. I switched over from Square appointments, and whenever an appointment had paid, a small dollar symbol would appear in the top right corner of their appointment on the calendar making it super easy to remember if they have been billed or if a credit had been reserved.

At this time the system assigned new incoming SMS messages from clients to the thread that was created most recently. This can cause some confusion as message threads are generally sorted by which has the most recent message, rather than which was created most recently (i.e. the first message on the thread). This request is to adjust how SMS replies are handled, placing them on the thread with the most recent message rather than the thread created most recently.
