Currently, if there are full bookings for a service within the available booking window clients can register only for booking-specific waitlists (i.e. to be notified if a spot opens in that specific booking). If there are no bookings on the schedule within the available booking window, clients can instead join the general service waitlist. This request is to give clients the option of joining the general service waitlist, even if there are (full) bookings on the calendar. i.e. To be notified when any spot opens up, in any booking.
