Feature Requests

Right now clients can upload their vaccination records through the portal but the expiry date isn't required. On our end then, the little vaccine icons don't show as current - if it's blank. It would also be more useful to have the wording be "Vaccines next due" instead of expiry date - most people are putting in the lot expiry of the vaccine itself, not the date the vaccines are next due. Thank you!

We have a lobby computer that we use for different things. It would be awesome to be able to quickly switch from different employee accounts with out fully logging out and back in. Like a drop down menu that can have a password entered to log into their account.

I would like it if there was a way on the backend to view, the last time a client as logged into their account.

Allow users to mark an add-on "complete" on a booking List information about when an add-on was completed and by whom

Currently the messages go to all the staff. I would like to see a feature in the messaging area with a drop down option or something similar where clients can message a specific staff person on their own thread. On the back end, I would like to be able to select which staff clients can message and also be able to see all the messages through a specific filter.

Include the name of the staff person who creates the booking vs just "staff booked" to streamline internal communication

Adding an email where parents can send shot records and it automatically can go into their pet profile. I know there is an app, but not all my clients use the app and the email feature would be easier for them, especially new clients.

Set an expiration date on a form/contract so a client must re-fill when registering after a contract expires.

At this time it is not possible to edit the template for the email clients receive when users send forms/documents from their profile. This request is to add that template to the Client Notifications page so businesses can adjust the content if they wish.

This request is to be able to set a custom add-on colour that would override the set service colour when a registered client has chosen an add-on. For example, a service has two add-ons, one for the trainer bringing a demo dog and another to add a bath. If the booking is the standard colour no add-on has been chosen. If the booking is colour B then the demo dog add-on has been chosen, colour C means the bath add-on has been chosen. Users can then simply reference the colour on the calendar to know if something extra is required.
