Feature Requests

Would like pet names to be listed next to client names on the invoices page. It's easier for us to identify them by pet name than client name.

At the moment if a membership is paused users must manually resume it on the desired date. This request is for the option of setting a resume date when the subscription is paused so that users do not have to resume it manually. i.e. If you know a client is on vacation for one month

This request is to set up a default field for pet spay/neuter status, to be visible on the main Pets list as well as on client profiles.

Rewards system for clients, similar to a frequent buyer punch card at a coffee shop where you buy 10 drinks then get one free.

Allow users to mark an add-on "complete" on a booking List information about when an add-on was completed and by whom

Within the schedule/attendance sheet be able to filter to see only dogs that still remain checked in instead of all dogs.

At present, clients set up reservations and the system automatically approves the request, it would be great if there was a feature that allowed businesses if they wanted to, be able to toggle on or off the ability for all reservations to enter a pending list so that they could be manually approved by staff and not auto approved b y the system.

I have a couple of ideas for things that could be done to improve Report Cards: Give us the Report Card tab back on the booking page, instead of having to find them in the actions tab. It was nice having it there and ready. Add the ability to duplicate or create all report cards at once. Our report cards are typically the same for our clients that are taking the same class; it would be great to just fill out a report card once and have it apply to all students, and then be able to individually edit them to personalize after that. Add the ability to connect Report Card Templates to certain classes. For example, if I have a puppy training class, I would like to be able to set our puppy report cards as the default. I would like to still be able to change it, but having one as default option would save a lot of time.

And tax

At this time boarding bookings have no assigned provider. This request is to have the option of assigning a provider to any given boarding booking. This would allow that booking to be synced to a specific team member's calendar and have any tips associated with the booking assigned to that provider.
