Deliver a native Android and iOS client app for end-clients to access the Client Portal.

This request involves a few potential pieces: Possible dedicated Facility Rental service type Ability to create a schedule with no assigned user, just a room assignment Camping/RV rental functionality Waitlist capabilities for camping rentals

At the moment, all notes made on bookings, customer profiles, or pet profiles are sorted by the date they were added (newest at the top, oldest at the bottom). This request is for the ability to pin important notes to the top of the list so they don't get lost in amongst other notes.

Add the option of including paragraphs (i.e. rich text fields) between input fields on forms/contracts.

Currently clients select one date/session at a time when booking. This request is to allow customers to make multiple date/time selections at once to help make self-booking more efficient.

Currently any manually sent message (i.e. from a customer's profile or a booking information page) must be written from scratch, and have documents uploaded directly to the message from the user's device. This request is to add the ability to set up templates from which manual messages may be started, and to be able to attach files from central document storage.

Puppy services often have different vaccine requirements compared to services for adult dogs. At the moment, if a pet is missing any vaccine information, their vaccine icon indicates that they are missing info. This can make monitoring vaccine status for puppy services somewhat more challenging. This request is for either a service override option for vaccine status where users can select which vaccines they need for specific services, or increased visibility of registered pet vaccine dates on booking information pages.

Currently documents can be sent only from specific customer profiles. This request is for the ability to send uploaded documents to all clients registered for a specific booking.

Currently clients get access to full course at once. This request is for a pre-set release schedule for week 1 content, week 2, etc. and/or user control over release of lessons/units (i.e. when customer has submitted homework for previous lesson).
