This request includes multiple components:
- Minimize booking gaps (i.e. on days with existing appointments, restrict client self-booking to right before/after existing appointments)
- Set limit for number of bookings assigned to a user during scheduled hours
- Set weekday-dependant pickup/drop-off ranges for boarding services

The maximum number of bookings is desperately needed. This has been a feature with Acuity for ages. Right now, I have to watch my calendar and block off other booking times once the maximum has been reached. It would be really helpful to set the booking limit per each day (e.g. it can vary depending on the day of the week), as well as assigning an overall weekly limit. For instance, I might only want to schedule 15 bookings per week, but am okay with up to 4 bookings per day.

Maximum appointments per day

Can set a maximum allowed hours or number of appointments to be set on one’s calendar.
This way I can have my hours open from 9-5pm but only allow for 3 appointments to be booked within that timeframe.

- Within a schedule that may have multiple services and days of availability add the ability to limit the total number of bookings before it will show as no availability
I used to use Acuity scheduling and it has this feature.
Essentially, I might have openings for about 12 appointments in a week, but maybe I only want to book in 4 hours or 4 service maximum per week on that schedule.
As a dog trainer this would allow me to offer more openings to my clients in terms of scheduling, but since it will automatically stop taking appointments at a certain point it still allows me to leave enough room in my schedule to complete everything else I need to do . . . like adminstrative tasks (eg. marketing/social media, creating training plans, notes, follow up emails, etc) and maintain my work/life balance (eg. time to run errands, complete chores, maintain some level of self care). This would also be useful for limiting how many of a certain kind of session you see each week (eg. working nothing but aggression cases all week may cause burnout, but limiting the aggression cases to only 2 or 3 per week can help prevent that overload).
