Sometimes clients register for the wrong service. Create an interface to make it easier to move them to a different booking and handle credits.

I'd like to be able to upload vaccination docs under the main vaccine heading, not under the specific vaccine itself, since most vaccine docs have all listed.

I'd like to offer different days and different locations for the same service. For example, Private Lessons on Monday happen at location #1, on Tuesday at location #2, on Saturdays at client home or location #3. Right now, I'd have to set up 3 different services, and then 3 (or more) different schedules.

This request is for additional setting options for clients purchasing add-ons for their bookings. Allow clients to select multiple of a specific add-on on a single booking (i.e. boarding stay for 10 nights with 4 training session add-ons) When booking multiple dogs, allow clients to choose which dog(s) add-ons should apply to (i.e. booking 2 dogs for daycare, only 1 needs a nail trim add-on) Have add-ons with extended time add that time per pet (i.e. a nail trim add-on for 15 minutes will at 30 minutes if the client books 2 dogs)

I'd like to be able to mark a client as absent or no show when they don't come to class. Leaving it blank makes me think I just forgot to check them in, plus I can see their absenteeism at a glance.

Deliver a native Android and iOS client app for end-clients to access the Client Portal.

At the moment, businesses can assign multiple rooms to a single individual service however there is no way to control which room then has service bookings assigned first. This request is to be able to set the priority for rooms assigned to a given service. i.e. If a client is booking and Room A is available, use Room A. If Room A is unavailable use Room B. If Room A and Room B are unavailable use Room C.

This request includes the following items: When a client cancels a booking, add an interface to make another booking. Option to include cancel and/or reschedule buttons in booking confirmation messages. "Reschedule" button in Private Client Portal (in addition to existing "Cancel" button for cancellable services).

This request is to be able to set up categories for user tasks. i.e. Under a certain assigned user they might see tasks categorized as "Client Notes", "Building Projects", "Cleaning", etc. This organization could help teams with many tasks find certain ones more easily.

Add an option to begin the package credit expiration timer to begin after the first credit in the package is used. For example, we have a behaviour program where we want clients to use the follow-up credits within a reasonable time-frame. Having both timers at once would also be handy. Ex. Whole package expires in 1 year if unused. If If used, remaining credits expire 4 months after 1st use.
