Feature Requests

At this time gift cards can only be purchased through manual invoices. This request is to allow clients to pay for gift cards in the Private Client Portal so that the admin team does not need to manually generate an invoice for the client.

This request is to allow businesses to sell gift cards at a price lower than the value of the gift card. This is a common practice around the holidays, i.e. Get a $250 gift card for $225.

This request is for an automated message option to be sent out when users reschedule or otherwise edit a booking. Possibly an option that comes up before saving booking changes.

This request is for the ability to enable an out of office reply for incoming client messages.

This request is to make it easier to identify overdue invoices. If an invoice has one or more payments that have not been made by their set due dates, mark that invoice as overdue so users can easily identify it as such.

This request is for report data on email campaigns including information such as how many emails were delivered, opened, clicked on, etc.

Allow for the presentation of a Category of services (categories have a URL) on the full service list be able to jump to a category make it more user friendly for a client to find a service quickly from the booking portal or to be linked off of a website.

Allow for a more direct way to integrate Zoom or Google Meet for online services.

Custom service colours currently impact only the user-facing calendar, not client-facing calendars. This request is to have custom colours display for clients on the Public Calendar and Client Portal Calendar.
