So that staff does not have gaps in their schedule can there be an option to offer the first available time slot, and only when that fills, offer the next available time slot. For example, a staff member is free from 9am-12pm to take private bookings. The system lets 9-10am be available for bookings. When 9-10am filled, the system opens up 10am-11am as the next available time. Once that fills the system opens 11am-12pm. This makes it so we don't have staff who have a group private at 8am sit around until 11am for their next private - when the middle slots didn't get booked.

I would love to assign homework without needing to be attached to a course. For example, after a service is completed, I assign homework to a client where they complete a training task so many times a day, for X amount of time, X days a week. It would be awesome to have a separate location where this homework could be assigned and tracked. There are similar apps for this, but I would love it to be in one place. Maybe there could even be standard "homework" features such as: Game/Item: Sit Length per Session: 30-90 seconds or Reps per Session: Up to 5 Times per Day: 1-3 Days per Week: 5-7 Notes: _______________________

Currently I can view unpaid invoices but there's no streamlined way to see if there are any bookings that were not invoiced

We have a large number of clients uploading their pet's vaccine records in the Client > Documents area rather than in the Pet > Vaccine info area. We have included instructions in our booking confirmation emails directing them to the Pet > Vaccines area, but they are still tempted by Documents. Possible to add a note or guidance in the Documents area of the client portal that directs them to upload vaccines elsewhere?

i.e. If a user accidentally applies a credit to the wrong booking, or if a client self-books with a credit that was meant for another booking perhaps not as far in the future.

Add an externally accessible API

Because there's no API option, it would be really helpful to create a login for an AI agent to access data from BusyPaws. It would need to be read-only but have access to pull data exports and view reports, customers, etc

Clients often enter the lot expiry or the date given. "Next due" may clarify when their vaccines are to be given next

At the moment, when clients fill a form in self-booking the button at the bottom says "Submit". Some clients take that to mean that they are booked in after they complete the form, so they leave the self-booking process before actually completing their registration. This request is to change the button for forms in self-booking to say "Continue", "Next" or something similar to imply there is more to do still.

If we need to switch providers for a Series class, we have to go in and edit each week individually. It would be great to be able to change all!
