Feature Requests

Currently clients select one date/session at a time when booking. This request is to allow customers to make multiple date/time selections at once to help make self-booking more efficient.

For those businesses that schedule many recurring bookings for their clients but who also wish to implement automated billing for those customers. Allow the business to set a limit on how far into the future a booking may be to be included in automated billing. i.e. A client has bookings weekly into the future for 20 weeks. Rather than including all those 20 future bookings on the automated invoice, set the system to invoice weekly for only those bookings within a week of the invoice date.

Allow discount codes to only apply to products on an invoice so service can still be charged at full fee.

Allow users to create pricing rules to dynamically adjust pricing of bookings when clients self-register, and optionally apply when a user manually generates an invoice. Handle situations like multi-pet discounts Weekend/holiday pricing Different pricing for dog size or temperament

This request involves a few potential pieces: Possible dedicated Facility Rental service type Ability to create a schedule with no assigned user, just a room assignment Camping/RV rental functionality Waitlist capabilities for camping rentals

Have a user pre-selected trigger point to notify of low inventory. For example, have a low inventory trigger set to 5. As soon as we hit 5, a user will be notified either by a pop-up, email or both. This way we have time to order products so we never run out, thank you.

Allow clients to purchase a credit which can be used on multiple service types.

At the moment the drop-off/pickup window setting for daycare services is required to be an integer, so businesses can choose to have a 1hr window, 2hr, 3hr, etc. This request is to allow those values to be set to half integers so that the window could be 0.5hrs, 1.5hrs, 2.5hrs, etc.

Allow businesses to choose whether or not the check-in/out times for a client's daycare booking are included in their booking confirmation message.

Specifically for the case where a client registers one of their pets for a group booking and wishes to change the registration to their other pet. Instead of removing the pet/client altogether then adding the other back in, add a way to change the registered pet without removing the client.
