Right now, when a data export finishes, the download email is sent to all employees on the account. This can be disruptive if the export is only needed by the person who requested it. It would make more sense for the export email to be sent only to the user who triggered the export, rather than the entire team. This would reduce unnecessary emails and keep notifications more relevant.

Currently on the payment page, clients generally fill in their CC info first, then enter their discount code because that's how they're laid out on the page. But if you enter them in this order, you'll have to re-enter the CC info. It would be so much easier for the client if the discount code field appeared first on the page, not the CC fields.

Though it is possible to include a file upload field on intake forms where clients can add their pets' photo(s), that file then needs to be downloaded by a team member and added to the pet's profile photo. This request is to be able to include a field on an intake form that automatically adds the uploaded photo as the pet's profile photo when the client submits their form.

This request is to have more customizable functionality access options for regular user seats. This is for users that can still be assigned as primary on bookings but may have restricted access to any of the following functionalities: Scheduling new bookings (group or individual) Editing or deleting existing bookings (group or individual) Adding/removing pets from group bookings Making changes to their own user schedule Making changes to user schedules for other team members Sending/receiving emails Editing course content View client index/client profiles Edit client profiles/pet profiles Editing client membership subscriptions Adding new client/pet profiles Processing payments on invoices Ideally, the business owner would be able to control which users had restricted access to which of the above listed functionalities. In addition, this request includes the option of having team members submit bookings and/or their user schedule as a request to be reviewed by a manager.

Allow staff to enter mileage traveled in time sheets to be paid for mileage reimbursements. This is useful for in-homes, when staff need to travel from the business to the client's location. Please calculate the mileage and allow this to be added somewhere, like staff's timecards, where managers can reimburse for mileage.

I'd like to be able to select a bulk number of bookings and either reserve a credit for those or use a credit for those (if they are past). This will help in cases where I invoiced separately of making the bookings for reasons such as adding an additional charge, or having the client purchase a package. Thanks!

At this time, if a client self-books and pre-pays for a service the credit that is generated and reserved on their booking has no expiry. This means that if they later cancel that booking the associated credit can remain on their profile indefinitely. This request is to be able to set an expiry such that either: A. There is a set expiry when the credit is generated at the time of purchase/booking. B. The expiry is set in the case that the client cancels (i.e. if they cancel they have to use that credit within 6 months of their cancellation).

we have had some of our messages go undelivered because of the client entering their email wrong. We didn't find out for days. It would be very helpful to get a delivery failure notification. we have too many clients and correspondence to monitor this and note the failed message that you get below currently

Similar to Gmail capability of selecting checkboxes to perform the same action on multiple message threads at once, allow users to select multiple threads then archive all at once.
