Allow clients to purchase gift cards through Client Portal

At this time gift cards can only be purchased through manual invoices. This request is to allow clients to pay for gift cards in the Private Client Portal so that the admin team does not need to manually generate an invoice for the client.

Would there be any reason why gift cards couldn't be open to anyone to purchase, not just clients who have access to the portal? We have a lot of non-clients that purchase gift cards for their friends and family that are current clients.
