Intake forms presently create or link to a single pet. Allow forms to create and assign values to multiple pets.

At the moment all custom client fields are sorted alphabetically when manually creating or editing customer profiles. This is likewise true for custom pet fields when creating/editing pet profiles. This request is to be able to adjust the order in which custom fields appear when manually creating/editing customer or pet profiles. Note: This is for business-facing pages only. Customers complete custom fields through intake forms, where fields may already be organized in a customizable order.
