Ability to edit partially paid invoices

At this time once an invoice has any applied payments it is not possible to make edits to that invoice. This can sometimes cause challenges if a business takes a deposit on a booking, then needs to make changes to that booking. This is particularly common for boarding bookings (which may be shortened, extended, etc. after registration and deposit payment). It can also come up for other services where the client has paid a deposit and the team wishes to apply a discount to the invoice (i.e. if the client is due an emergency service worker discount that was not applied in self-booking).
This request is to be able to handle booking deposits in a way that allows users to make edits to the booking invoice even with a paid deposit.

Yes! I need this function as a lot of my clients make changes after they pay their deposit or once there pets are here and the invoice is paid, thus making us have to create a new one.
