Right now, when a data export finishes, the download email is sent to all employees on the account. This can be disruptive if the export is only needed by the person who requested it.

It would make more sense for the export email to be sent only to the user who triggered the export, rather than the entire team. This would reduce unnecessary emails and keep notifications more relevant.
