"Expand" view option for Training & Grooming calendar

-Add an "Expand" option for each provider and room listed on the Week view of the Training & Grooming calendar to allow users to see the whole week with bookings shown as blocks of time with any breaks in between.
-Adjust the mobile daily view to allow users to see the hourly breakdown with a visualization of booking duration and gaps.
- Display the service name for one-on-one training and grooming bookings on the weekly view (currently shows only the pet name and time)
