When composing a message allow a user to start from a message template and/or attach a document from the pre-uploaded documents.

Currently any manually sent message (i.e. from a customer's profile or a booking information page) must be written from scratch, and have documents uploaded directly to the message from the user's device. This request is to add the ability to set up templates from which manual messages may be started, and to be able to attach files from central document storage.

Sometimes between consults, I will be drafting an email and the application will crash and I will lose the email. Email drafts and templates for regular day-to-day emails will assist this.

Thank you for taking the time to provide that feedback! We do currently have a draft email functionality that prevents a typed message from being lost if the new message window is closed. Would you mind providing a bit more information about what you are experiencing? If something is not working as it should, please feel free to submit a support ticket and our team can take a closer look!

For the time being, I will add this request to an existing one we have for the ability to start manual messages from a template.
