User notification for manually added group class registrations

Applicable to Team and Business level plans. Currently group class registration notifications go out to users only when clients self-register. This request is for the option of a user notification for when clients are manually added to a group booking by a team member.

I would like to be able to set a notification that would be linked to when a client is manually added to a group booking. I would like the trainers to get an e-mail whenever someone is added to a class, currently it is just if the client self-registers. We manually register 50-75% of classes so this would be very helpful :)
