At the moment, if a client has a service collection credit that is coming up on expiry and a business has enabled the credit expiry client notification, the customer will receive a notification for each service towards which the collection credit may be applied. This request is to have customers with collection credits receive only 1 notification when their collection credit is approaching expiry.
