ability to report and get specific details on customers who started the booking or checkout process but abandoned their attempt. Dates, names, emails, service or product in cart etc. This will allow us to diagnose why the customer failed to complete the booking and to determine if it was a customer issue, technical issue or services/product issue. Right now the dashboard gives us a conversion % but does not provide details which make this actionable.
