Refund to Cash Credit

When refunding an invoice, add an option to refund to a cash credit on the client's profile.
Additionally, when refunding an invoice on which the initial payment was made via cash credit, return that cash credit to the client's profile upon processing that refund.

This would be very helpful/more efficient instead of having to add the credit manually afterward.
