At the moment if clients are on a general service/series waitlist they are notified only once about open bookings. This request is for a way to manually trigger waitlist notifications for clients on general service/series waitlists when adding new class bookings.

The biggest issue we have with the waitlist is that it doesn't collect phone numbers. We have never had a prospect sign up from the waitlist and we believe it is because the email goes to their spam where they never see it.

the current issue for waitlist is that generic wait list people are only notified once. Currently I have a mess load of people sitting on waitlists that I thought were being notified and have not been beyond the first one. not sure why they show as active if they truly aren't
