More Advanced Reporting Options

This request is for expanded reporting options including:
- Campaign analytics (information such as how many emails were delivered, opened, clicked on, etc.)
- Abandoned booking or purchase attempts (dates, names, emails, service or product in cart etc.)
- Expiration dates for credits listed in Credits Report
- Report on credits that have expired
- Revenue by provider, fill rates by provider, and retention reporting overall and by provider

It's hard to hold trainers to goals/metrics such as specific revenue goals, fill rates and retention goals. Having easy to access reporting for these metrics would help us more specifically work with our instructors to target areas that need improvement.

The credit report is helpful; however, to make it more comprehensive, it would be great to have expiration date included in the report. This allows businesses to track what's on the books, when it expires or what credits have expired.

ability to report and get specific details on customers who started the booking or checkout process but abandoned their attempt. Dates, names, emails, service or product in cart etc. This will allow us to diagnose why the customer failed to complete the booking and to determine if it was a customer issue, technical issue or services/product issue. Right now the dashboard gives us a conversion % but does not provide details which make this actionable.

Track open rate/bounce rate for campaign messages
Animal Antics
Seeing how many clients have actually opened the campaign messages (and ideally which links they clicked on if any) would be extremely helpful. If we're sending out messages that nobody is even opening, we need to know that.
