Improve mobile UI for setting pet count in boarding self-booking

At this time when clients are self-booking boarding on a mobile device there are no up/down arrows present to adjust the pet count for their registration. The client must instead highlight the existing value by double tapping and type a new one in its place. If there is no pet maximum in place for the service, clients can type a value after the pre-populated 1 (i.e. setting it to 12), then go back and remove the 1 (i.e. bringing the value down to 2), however if a maximum of 9 or fewer has been set the system will automatically round down to that value if the client tries to enter a greater value (i.e. if they try to enter 12 it will round down to 5).
This request is to make adjusting the pet count simpler when on mobile, particularly for boarding services that have a set maximum. This could potentially be achieved by making the up/down arrows available on mobile.

This is becoming a large pain point for our boarding clients. We have had multiple clients only put in 1 dog for a multi-dog booking because they could not figure out how to properly change the number of dogs on their mobile device.
Every time this happens and I reach out to the client they tell me the same thing - they could not figure out how to change the number from 1 to a different number.
Because of this we cannot simplify our boarding services down to 1 service and use multi-dog discounting (which we are paying extra for, so that is very frustrating).
Instead we have to use 1-Dog, 2-Dog, 3-Dog, etc. separate services. Otherwise I would not know when a client meant to book more than 1 dog for boarding.
