This request is to have more customizable functionality access options for regular user seats. This is for users that can still be assigned as primary on bookings but may have restricted access to any of the following functionalities:
  • Scheduling new bookings (group or individual)
  • Editing or deleting existing bookings (group or individual)
  • Adding/removing pets from group bookings
  • Making changes to their own user schedule
  • Making changes to user schedules for other team members
  • Sending/receiving emails
  • Editing course content
  • View client index/client profiles
  • Edit client profiles/pet profiles
  • Editing client membership subscriptions
  • Adding new client/pet profiles
  • Processing payments on invoices
Ideally, the business owner would be able to control which users had restricted access to which of the above listed functionalities. In addition, this request includes the option of having team members submit bookings and/or their user schedule as a request to be reviewed by a manager.
