Add an option to begin the package credit expiration timer to begin after the first credit in the package is used.

For example, we have a behaviour program where we want clients to use the follow-up credits within a reasonable time-frame.

Having both timers at once would also be handy. Ex. Whole package expires in 1 year if unused. If If used, remaining credits expire 4 months after 1st use.
