At the moment the only way clients can fill multiple copies of the same form is if they fill the form via its direct link.

This request is to allow users to send clients forms they may have already previously filled from their profile page (through Send Forms/Documents), allow them to fill a new copy, and allow for the Form Reminder message to be triggered if the client doesn't re-fill the form after sending.
